Shipping Processing Time

All ready-stock items are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon order confirmation.

Preorder items require 7 to 14 business days for us to create, pack, and ship your order. Larger orders may take slightly longer to prepare.

If you would like to receive your ready-stock items first, please cart them out separately from preorder items.

Order Accuracy & Dispatch

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Tiny Miracles will not be held responsible for any delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that you or an authorised representative is available to receive the parcel. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required by the courier.

Delivery

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Free local courier delivery for orders above S$100.

A flat rate of S$5 applies for orders below S$100.

International Delivery

We currently ship to ASEAN countries and Australia.
