This hands-on Food Pyramid Sorting activity helps children understand healthy eating and nutrition by sorting different foods into the correct layers of the food pyramid. A fun and educational way to introduce the concept of balanced diets and food groups from an early age.

How it works:
- Look at the food pictures
- Identify which food group each item belongs to
- Sort and place each food onto the correct layer of the food pyramid using velcro pieces
- Remove and repeat for endless practice!
